The flag of Grodno is a rectangular blue cloth with an aspect ratio of 1:2. In the center of the front side the emblem of Grodno is placed: a blue field of a baroque shield with a yellow border with a picture of St. Hubert’s deer with a yellow cross between the horns, jumping over a white fence .
